Covers system setup, onboarding, and configuration
Non-refundable once work has started or been completed
Covers system usage, updates, maintenance, and support
Must be paid on time to maintain uninterrupted access
Failure to pay may result in:
Account suspension
Restricted access
Additional reactivation fees
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
Users are responsible for timely payments

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

However, the eCommerce Autopilot system, codebase, and infrastructure remain the exclusive property of the company
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform during your active subscription.
Upon cancellation or termination:
Access to the platform, system, and dashboard will be immediately revoked
The eCommerce Autopilot system and infrastructure are not transferable and cannot be accessed after termination.
Clients may request a limited export of essential business data, including:
Product listings
Order history
Customer information
Such requests must be made within 7 days of cancellation.
After this period:
Data may be permanently deleted from the system
No further access or recovery will be possible
We reserve the right to determine the format and scope of exported data to maintain system integrity and security.
You agree not to use the platform for:
Illegal or restricted products/services
Fraudulent or misleading practices
Spam, abuse, or harmful content
Violating intellectual property rights
While the system is optimized for:
Speed
Conversion
ROI improvement
We do not guarantee:
Sales results
Advertising performance
Profit outcomes
Results depend on your business strategy and execution.

You are responsible for your own data practices
We are not liable for damages caused by third-party attacks, user negligence, or external breaches
